Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Location: New York City, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,483 per week Shift Information: 3 days Contract Duration: 6 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric Float Pool Duration: 6 Months Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 11.5 Experience: 2 Years in Specialty within Last 3 Years License: New York State RN License in Hand Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA PALS, AHA NRP Must-Have: - BSN - Travel Experience Level 1 Trauma - 2 References from Most Recent Assignment within Skill Set - Willingness to Float to Units Appropriate for Skill Set - EMR Experience - COVID Vaccinated Prior to Start Date Description: The position requires experience in General Pediatrics, PICU, and Neonatal ICU. PALS and NRP certification are necessary. Interviews will include a voice advantage interview followed by a nurse manager screening. Weekly start dates are available, with an average of 4-6 weeks needed for compliance. Shifts will be 11.5 hours, from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM. The expected total number of hours per week is 40.25, following a rotating schedule. There is no call requirement for this role. Every other weekend is required. Float requirements include rotating to areas within acuity. Flu and COVID vaccine requirements must be met with no declinations allowed. Scrubs should be navy bottoms with a white top or all white.
