Details - Work in the Med-Surg/Medicine E4 unit of a hospital setting - Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30 - 13-week assignment - No blocked scheduling is permitted Requirements - Active NY RN license required at time of consideration - Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg experience required - Current certifications from AHA or RQI must be provided - Epic EMR experience is required - No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months - US Social Security Number required; Canadian SIN not accepted - Medical flu exemption must be signed by a licensed professional; personal or religious exemptions not accepted Additional Information - Call outs exceeding three occurrences in a 13-week period will result in contract termination, and required make-up shifts must be completed within six weeks - RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted with your application - Local candidates are not eligible if they reside in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties - Competency testing is required for applicants with under 2 years of experience, with two attempts allowed to pass - Travel pairs are not permitted for this assignment American Traveler Job ID P-673821.
