This role involves working closely with patients, providing comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting, and supporting our mission to advance healthcare through education and research. This position requires an individual who can manage a diverse range of responsibilities and adapt to the varying needs of outpatient care. Provide direct nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments. Teach patients and their families about disease prevention and health maintenance. Manage the overall coordination of care with other healthcare professionals and services, as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all confidentiality requirements. Participate in staff meetings and continuing education programs to ensure best practices and quality of care. Exceptional clinical skills and ability to maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor under pressure. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in using medical software and patient databases. Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
