Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Perform diagnostic tests, administer medications, and monitor and record patients' health status. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment for patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Strong clinical skills in various medical procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Capability to manage stress and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
