In this role, you will work closely with a team of renowned neurosurgeons to provide top-tier nursing care for patients undergoing and recovering from neurosurgical procedures. Assist neurosurgeons during surgical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care. Monitor patient vital signs, assess neurological status, and report changes to appropriate healthcare team members. Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and manage patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care and neurological health maintenance. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive care delivery. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure privacy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
