Provide high-quality care to patients in a critical care setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment, and home care plans. Handle medical emergencies with a well-coordinated approach. Support patient and family emotional and mental wellbeing during intense medical situations. Expertise in critical care nursing practices. Proficiency in using medical software for charting and patient monitoring. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
