We welcome applications from both junior and senior associates with diverse backgrounds in insurance defense, tort litigation, and general liability. Experience in construction law, NYS Labor Law, property damage, and risk management is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, mediation and settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Represent clients in court proceedings across NYC, Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk counties. Provide timely and professional communication with clients and insurance carriers. Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment on result-driven projects. Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school. Admission to the New York State Bar is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience preferred. Strong judgment, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
