Job Description Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Clinical Coordinator supervises Case Managers and Consumer Advocates serving The Rockaways while managing a small caseload. Ensures high-quality, client-centered care using Housing First, Harm Reduction, and trauma-informed practices. Hours are 7am-3pm Responsibilities: Supervise staff and provide clinical oversight Lead service planning, documentation, and case conferences Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and client engagement Coordinate care with outreach and housing providers Requirements: NYS LMSW required (or obtained within 6 months) 3 years relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Valid NY/NJ/CT/PA driver’s license Bilingual preferred More...
