Albany Medical Center seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Maintain accurate patient records and document patient care services. Administer medications, monitor patient recovery and progress, and educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance. Participate in the development and evaluation of nursing practices provided in the clinical setting and the implementation of new innovations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Conduct research under the guidance provided at our medical college, contributing to our commitment to biomedical research.
