St. Josephs Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join their established outpatient practice in Fayetteville, NY. Youll be joining a well-staffed and collaborative team that provides care for patients of all ages, including pediatrics, adult and geriatric care, as well as womens health services. Practice Overview - Fayetteville: Located at 4000 Medical Center Dr., Fayetteville, NY 13066, this outpatient primary care office offers: Comprehensive care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Treatment for acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions Preventive care, including immunizations and cancer screenings Womens health services, such as annual pelvic exams and pap smears A supportive, team-based clinical environment HIGHLIGHTS: Office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Shared rotational call among physicians Physician-governed organization with a physician-led JOC Supportive of physicians with an interest in education and mentorship EPIC EMR system with strong clinical and administrative support Modern, fully equipped office with on-site parking REQUIREMENTS: NYS medical licensure and DEA certification Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates RECRUITMENT PACKAGE: St. Josephs Health offers a competitive salary and a full range of benefits, including: $225,000-$242,000 base salary (The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
