Weekly Pay - We pay you weekly so you can focus on your career and your life. Responsibilities Neonatal Intensive Care RNs (NICU RNs) assess newborns and provide direct and individualized care. NICU RNs coordinate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate patient care plans.
