Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in New York, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting various human resources functions, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage HR-related tasks, including logging and responding to time-off requests. • Collaborate on enhancing employee engagement tools and platforms to improve workplace satisfaction. • Coordinate logistics for office events, including planning menus, arranging room setups, and overseeing event execution. • Support recruitment activities by maintaining applicant databases, creating digital candidate files, and organizing documentation. • Provide administrative assistance for various ad hoc tasks and projects. • Maintain and update HR and culture calendars to ensure seamless scheduling and communication. • Collect, organize, and file reports, while ensuring accurate record-keeping. • Promote diversity initiatives and contribute to organizational change at the administrative level. • Deliver exceptional administrative support to the HR team and employees. • Assist with scanning, filing, and other administrative duties to ensure operational efficiency.• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce. • Strong understanding of benefit functions and compliance requirements. • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for recruitment processes. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Knowledge of employee relations and FMLA regulations. • Positive attitude with a proactive and solution-focused mindset. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
