Fund Associate Opportunity Compensation & Details: Salary range: $65-75K depending on experience Work hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday Location: White Plains, NY Key Responsibilities: Fundraising: Engage directly with donors via in-person meetings, Zoom, phone, and email Support implementation of fundraising initiatives for Westchester locations Collaborate on fund communications across various channels Manage a portfolio of prospective and current Westchester donors Secure donations and work to increase participation and renewal rates Recruit and train fund volunteers across grade levels Prepare reports and maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge Partner with various location leaders as well as the Marketing and Communications team on outreach content Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in non-profit/educational environment Development and/or volunteer management experience preferred Strong organizational, strategic, and collaborative skills Effective relationship-building abilities with various stakeholders Superior verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, donor database software, and web applications This position offers excellent company culture, work/life balance, and the opportunity to support an amazing mission.
