Responsibilities:

--- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
--- Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
--- Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
--- Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
--- Make sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
--- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, take messages, transfer calls to appropriate staff members
--- Make updates with new account information
--- Keep client satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information

Qualifications:

--- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
--- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
--- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
This job is in-person, full-time, Monday - Friday.This is an entry-level positon, which permits employees to become familiar with our customers, system, processes, and company values. In general, we seek to promote out of this position within two (2) years.You must complete the entire application process to be considered for the position.
