In this role, you will work with customers to understand their vehicle needs, provide expert product knowledge, and deliver an exceptional purchasing experience. - Achieve sales and leasing goals for new and used vehicles while maintaining dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles by identifying their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, performance, and optional equipment.
- Conduct vehicle test drives and demonstrate product benefits.
- Maintain a professional, customer-centric approach throughout the sales process.
- Ensure timely delivery of sold vehicles and complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Collaborate with the finance and insurance department to finalize sales.
- Stay informed on all dealership promotions, manufacturer incentives, and product updates.
- Build strong customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
- Promote dealership services and schedule the customer's first service appointment.
- Participate in training programs and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and skills.Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and dealership sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Compensation:
- Salary: -$50,000 - $100,000+ per year, inclusive of commission and bonuses.Benefits:
