- Perform painting for both interiors and exteriors
- Install, repair, and finish drywall
- Install insulation to ensure energy efficiencyCarpentry and Structural Work
- Conduct general framing, trim work, and carpentry
- Install and repair siding, skirting, and underpinning
- Replace and install windows and doorsPlumbing and Electrical Work
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, including toilets, sinks, and water heaters
- Perform minor electrical work such as replacing outlets, installing light fixtures, and troubleshooting basic wiring issuesFlooring and Final Touches
- Install and repair flooring, including vinyl, laminate, tile, and carpet
