Our client is looking for a Director of Product to lead the product strategy and execution for their innovative offerings. This role will focus on developing a deep understanding of market needs and translating them into effective product solutions. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with various departments to drive product success.Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead the product management team in the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product execution and alignment.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to continually refine product offerings.
- Develop and implement metrics to assess product performance and drive improvements.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for product development.
- Foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the product team.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively.
