Responsibilities include guiding a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, oversees mandatory health screenings and immunizations, stays up to date with the latest health trends and practices, manages workers compensation and claims processes, oversees employees returning to work for medical leave, and driving continuous improvement to optimize employee health outcomes.What's Needed to Succeed:

• Degree from an accredited Nursing program
• Registered Nurse RN license within the state
