We seek dedicated Primary Care Providers experienced in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to join our team and deliver compassionate care to patients of all ages. Practice Setting & Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care at multiple clinic sites, including rural locations
  • Very low patient volume
  • Conduct consultations, exams, diagnoses, and manage chronic illnesses
  • Participate in monthly meetings and quality improvement initiatives
  • Use Athena 1 EMR efficiently (training provided if needed)Requirements:
    • Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
    • Available to work 4 or 4 days a week, with optional Sick Baby Call hours
    • Willing to participate in shared call schedule, including telephonic and paid hospital pediatric callsCompensation & Benefits:
      • Competitive $270,000 TO 280,000 base salary with potential for bonus incentives
