A company is looking for a Principal Packaging Engineer to lead a strategic Packaging Optimization Initiative within its Consumer Products division.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the review and implementation of standardized packaging solutions
Evaluate packaging materials for recyclability and sustainable improvements
Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) to assess environmental impacts of packaging changes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering
Experience with various packaging forms such as plastic bottles and corrugate
Technical knowledge of packaging substrates and manufacturing processes
Six Sigma Certification preferred
