About the role:
The Scrum-Lead Developer is responsible for leading and facilitating Agile Scrum practices within the development team. This position will ensure adherence to Scrum principles and guide cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects in an effective and timely manner. The Scrum-Lead Developer also plays a crucial role in software development, specifically in developing applications, maintaining best practices, and ensuring that the development process aligns with the goals and objectives of the organization

Software Development:

Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on system and user requirements.

Debug, monitor, and troubleshoot software applications.

Engage in code reviews to ensure system and software quality.

Scrum Leadership:
-
Facilitate the planning and organization of tasks, aligning them with the project roadmap and sprint goals.

Collaborate with product owners and team members to define clear objectives, prioritize tasks, and manage the product backlog effectively.

Drive the execution of development plans, focusing on optimizing workflows and ensuring timely delivery of features.

Team Collaboration:
-
Collaborate with product owners to define user stories and set priorities.

Lead by example in a hands-on role to motivate and mentor team members.

Enhance team dynamics and performance through effective team building and conflict resolution strategies.

Project Management:
-
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet predefined quality standards.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress against goals.

Manage stakeholder communication across functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Responsibilities
About you:

Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong technical background and proven experience as a software developer and Scrum Master.

Proficient in C#/.NET. Knowledge of WinForms and WPF.
-
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is an asset.
Physical Demands:
-
Manual dexterity to perform intricate and/or repetitive tasks such as keyboarding.

Ability to use and view a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day.

Ability to sit at a desk and do general office work, which includes periodic sedentary responsibilities.
