About the role: The Scrum-Lead Developer is responsible for leading and facilitating Agile Scrum practices within the development team. This position will ensure adherence to Scrum principles and guide cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects in an effective and timely manner. The Scrum-Lead Developer also plays a crucial role in software development, specifically in developing applications, maintaining best practices, and ensuring that the development process aligns with the goals and objectives of the organization -
Software Development: -
Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on system and user requirements. -
Debug, monitor, and troubleshoot software applications. -
Engage in code reviews to ensure system and software quality. -
Scrum Leadership: -
Facilitate the planning and organization of tasks, aligning them with the project roadmap and sprint goals. -
Collaborate with product owners and team members to define clear objectives, prioritize tasks, and manage the product backlog effectively. -
Drive the execution of development plans, focusing on optimizing workflows and ensuring timely delivery of features. -
Team Collaboration: -
Collaborate with product owners to define user stories and set priorities. -
Lead by example in a hands-on role to motivate and mentor team members. -
Enhance team dynamics and performance through effective team building and conflict resolution strategies. -
Project Management: -
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet predefined quality standards. -
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress against goals. -
Manage stakeholder communication across functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. -
Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities About you: -
Excellent communication and leadership skills. -
Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure. -
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. Required Qualifications: -
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. -
Strong technical background and proven experience as a software developer and Scrum Master. -
Proficient in C#/.NET. Knowledge of WinForms and WPF. -
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is an asset. Physical Demands: -
Manual dexterity to perform intricate and/or repetitive tasks such as keyboarding. -
Ability to use and view a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day. -
Ability to sit at a desk and do general office work, which includes periodic sedentary responsibilities.
