Our ethos is rooted in nurturing your personal and professional growth, as we champion the principles of inclusivity and equity in all that we do.Watch to learn more about Valera Health here!Mental Health Therapist - LCSW, LMHC, LMFT and/or the state equivalent of an independent license.Responsibilities of Mental Health Therapist:Rendering evidencebased therapeutic treatment to patientsProviding an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephoneConducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicableProviding mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention servicesCompleting and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company guidelinesQualifications of a Mental Health Therapist:Active LCSW, LICSW, LASW, LMHC, LPC, LCMHC, LPCI, LCPC, LMFT and/or state equivalent of independent license.1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMRAccess to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and private, quiet space for sessionsPreferred Requirements of a Mental Health Therapist:Bilingual in Spanish or ChineseEMDRDBTPrior tele-health or remote experienceReliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a teamStrong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patientsCompensation:In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the compensation for this position ranges from $58,000 - $89,000. Note wages may vary based on license level, productivity, experience, location, and skills.
