--- FQHC located near Brentwood, Long Island
--- March 21/28 - 3 months
--- All ages preferred, but will take ADULTS ONLY
--- M-F 9:00am-5:00pm
--- 18-22 patients per day
--- Outpatient primary care-no procedures
--- There are physicians on staff here
--- EMR: eClinicalWorks
