This program, which will begin in July 2024, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employees and provide you with the unique opportunity to begin your investment career while gaining hands-on experience and formal development and training.The Analyst will support the Investment Services team within Voya Investment Management's Multi-Asset Strategies & Solution group. This role is responsible for assisting in the production, marketing and communication of product and investment content used by portfolio managers and client portfolio managers as well as internal and external partners.What is MASS?As client needs evolved from products toward investment solutions, Voya established the Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions (MASS) Group to deliver holistic solutions that help investors achieve their long-term goals. The MASS team brings an extensive, value add tool kit to multi-asset and multi-manager investing with deep expertise in glide path modeling, asset allocation, macroeconomic forecasting, optimization techniques, portfolio implementation and manager selection and research. The team currently manages over $36 billion across a broad range of products and solutions including target date, retirement income, model portfolio solutions, portable alpha and other multi-asset solutions (as of 12/31/23). The Contributions You'll Make:

  • Performing as advocate and representative of VIM's MASS investment team among internal (and external) clients over time.
  • Assisting MASS CPMs, Senior Portfolio Specialists and Portfolio Managers in gathering and analyzing product, competitor and capital markets data, driving support materials including commentaries, whitepapers presentation books and various marketing and communication pieces.
  • Partnering with marketing and communications partners to assist in a high-quality investment product content creation and distribution.
  • Ongoing project coordination and communications with all parts of the organization including portfolio management, marketing and communications, legal and compliance and IIM's retail and institutional distribution teams.
  • Partnering with product development/management team in review, exploration and launch of new investment products.
  • Supporting various internal projects such as including conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Responding to internal and external client inquiries including Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Minimum Knowledge and Experience
    • Applicants should be graduating with an undergraduate degree in the spring/summer of 2024.
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics or a related field.
    • Strong academic standing (GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred).
    • Enthusiasm for the financial markets and investment management.
    • Interest in the CFA program a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail.
    • Good project management skills.
    • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize numerous projects.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage with many individuals throughout the organization.
    • Career interest in product management, sales, or asset allocation investment management with client interfacing.
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.#LI-MG1Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
