• Consultant Databases: Manage quarterly consultant database updates by supplying complete, accurate, and timely: performance, characteristics, personnel, AUM & accounts data for upload; collaborate with our two resources who are dedicated to executing the updates as well as other internal teams supplying this information.
• Manage the Consultant Database Analyst/Associate member dedicated to supporting this role.
• Partner with Consultant Relations, and Product Management to determine the best positioning for Voya Investment Management's products in databases.
• Answer various add-hock questions/requests regarding the consultant databases from internal/external clients. Complete database surveys. Manage ongoing improvement on database profiles across all Voya products.
• Support RFP, Sales, and Consultant Relations by completing RFP and Consultant requests for AUM and accounts data in a consultative manner, ensuring knowledge of the purpose, opportunity, prospect, etc., to best position the data and ensure a complete understanding by our stakeholders.
• Assist the RFP team in maintaining complete and accurate quarterly AUM records at the firm level and for Voya Investment Management's full product spectrum. Data includes accounts gained/lost, total firm, platform, strategy and vehicle AUM, client account attributes required for RFP and databases.
• Ensure all compliance rules are followed, and the appropriate footnotes are vetted and completed.
• Develop and maintain data quality and data management strategies in support of enhanced RFP and consultant database capabilities.
• Ongoing evaluation aimed at streamlining processes by creating more efficient methods of gathering, sorting, and accessing data.
• Able to lead projects, partner, and work collaboratively in a team environment. This includes ongoing communication and teamwork with all RFP Team, Sales, Product Management, Portfolio Specialists, Consultant Relations Team members, and other internal partners to enhance collaboration and drive strategic priorities.Minimum Knowledge & Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of experience within asset management industry.
  • Experience with consultant database reporting and/or RFP writing preferred.
  • Strong data and project management experience, with a proven ability to apply strategic and critical thinking when developing/enhancing processes and systems.
  • Detail-oriented person who places a high priority on accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an environment with multiple tasks and strict deadlines, with flexibility to adapt to frequently changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.#LI-MG1#LI-RemoteCompensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
