The role We are looking to hire an experienced sales expert with a track record of selling technical products / SaaS applications into matrixed enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate will come from a tier one technical startup with a history of high growth and scale. This person should have an in-depth technical acumen including understanding of SDKs and APIs, as well as best practices for their integrations into existing workflows and systems. This role will work directly with our own executive team, our commercial and product leadership teams, and with executive leadership from our key customers and prospects. What you will do - Lead strategic and complex sales and expansion discussions to connect Vim product value propositions to strategic business goals for prospects and customers
- Manage and grow a pipeline of business up to and exceeding 3MIL in ARR
- Take direct ownership of our largest and most strategic enterprise deals with health plans, risk-bearing organizations, and other customers
- Lead product demonstrations and sales discussions with prospects at various stages in our sales pipeline
- Act as an internal subject matter expert on the evolving healthcare technology space and payer-provider collaboration landscape, with an emphasis on strategies and investments for technology-based performance acceleration
- Drive or support strategic initiatives such as provider incentive design strategy and value-based care technology product roadmap investments
- Leverage expertise in our space to inform executive decision-making on product, commercial, and corporate strategy items
- Assist in the creation of strategic marketing content such as blog posts, thought leadership pieces, and webinars
What you will need - Proven track record of success in selling technical products / SaaS applications into matrixed enterprise organizations
- Experience with complex sales cycles and selling to multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and end-users
- An in-depth understanding of SDKs and APIs, including their capabilities, limitations, and best practices for integration into existing systems and workflows
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage in discussions with healthcare IT professionals, clinicians, and administrators to understand their technical needs and align software solutions accordingly
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into layman's terms for non-technical stakeholders, including executives and end-users
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer success
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer needs, analyze data, and develop customized solutions to address client pain points
