Job Responsibilities Major Responsibilities: - Leads projects within Advancement Services and Administration to meet the strategic needs of the division by providing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Establish and oversee efficient project management processes across Advancement Services, including tools, techniques, and best practices to other project leads, aiding in project/product delivery.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing service delivery to University Advancement constituents.
- Fosters ongoing communication and collaboration between business partners, product and project teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders to increase transparency and assist in leadership and prioritization.
- Lead change management efforts through thoughtful, creative planning.
- Works collaboratively within Advancement Services and across University Advancement to make data-driven decisions with the goal of program enhancement. Additional Details

Required Qualifications 3-5 Years Experience in any of the following verticals: - Advancement Services, Project Management, Product Management, Service Delivery In addition, experience in:
- Training with project management, product management, service delivery, and application implementation projects
- Creating documentation and training various groups on applications and/or technology usage.
- Translating business requirements into technical requirements, design specifications, and alternatives. Skills:
- Highly organized project manager with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and systems
- Understands the importance of change management within service delivery.
- Able to translate complex requirements and simplify into repeatable processes.
- Must maintain a growth mindset, with the curiosity and willingness to improve.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Ability to solve problems related to technology systems, business operations, and data reporting. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to present technical concepts in an appropriate manner that can be understood by business partners, technical staff, and end users
- Ability to work directly with end users to translate data management requirements into effective solutions
- Ability to convey complex information in accessible terms to diverse and multicultural audiences.
- Ability to establish, build, and maintain effective working relationships based on respect, empathy, and honesty with diverse groups and individuals.
- Strong customer service skills, including maintaining effective working relationships with a variety of constituencies.
- Knowledge of Deaf culture, American Sign Language (ASL), or willingness to learn. Leadership:
