Excel at Woodbury has an opportunity for a Part-time Cook to join their teamThe cook is responsible for prepping and preparing food for residents and staff.Nursing Home experience preferred.Responsibilities:Handles and prepares food in accordance with federal, state and local sanitary regulations.Prepares nutritionally appropriate and appetizing meals, including modified consistency and therapeutic diets, as directed by Food Service Director and/or Supervisor.Properly cares for dietary equipment.Follows menus and special diet instructions.Takes food temperatures per policy and ensures food items are prepared, cooled and stored in adherence to corporate, local, state and federal guidelines.Other Duties as assigned by the Director or Supervisor.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMust have general cooking knowledge2 years of cooking experienceExperience in a healthcare setting helpfulMust be able to follow production sheets and standardized recipesSalary: $27.00 per hour30 hrs per weekWork Location: In personby Jobble More...
