- Proven track record of successfully managing projects ranging from $10 million to $50 million in value.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and best practices, with knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project, is preferred.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification or equivalent is a plus.Profile
