Starting out, you'll own end-to-end program execution on a high-profile transformation project for a new flagship account in their New York office. You'll be joining a close-knit and collaborative team of highly dedicated people that communicate clearly and concisely, love problem-solving, and take great pride in their work. The projects and pace can be demanding, and that's why individuals who are inquisitive, quick-learning self-starters do extremely well here.You will manage enterprise technical delivery, including gathering requirements, wrangling backlogs, and driving robust implementation in a fully-committed Agile environment. You will see implementations through from start to finish, beginning with research and insights, through persona creation and journey mapping, to final visual design and roll-out. Working cross-functionally with client services, design, UX, engineering, and all other areas of the agency, you'll serve as the essential linchpin ensuring that the project is completed successfully, on time and on budget, with the client kept apprised of progress at all times.Why You?
