We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Alliance Demand Generation , Sales Origination and Enablement Directo r to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong background in knowledge management, internal enablement, and external enablement. As an Alliance Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for creating, streamlining, and standardizing templates for sales motions, leadership presentations, onboarding and training materials, as well as defining roles and responsibilities between various Core and Alliance teams. Responsibilities: - Serve as a liaison between Alliance Teams, the client office, and account teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Help improve and standardize account tiering and relationship maps across alliances, providing a clear understanding of the alliance landscape.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategy Initiatives, and Core Alliance Teams to align efforts and drive success.
- Understand and prioritize sales and marketing campaigns/initiatives to ensure seamless integration and involvement of Alliance teams and support.
- Consolidate , organize, and streamline all go-to-market materials and Sales plays for each Alliance across various sectors, providing a comprehensive view of Alliance offerings to account and sector teams.
- Ensure consistent messaging to Alliance point partners in terms of personnel and responsibilities, fostering strong relationships.
- Collaborate and connect into AAPW's sessions for the various target accounts, leveraging opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Help to create enablement materials and host enablement sessions on alliance GTM motions and origination.
- Be a self-starter, capable of working independently to support multiple cross-functional stakeholders with varying priorities.
- Stay informed about overall practice and individual team strategies to incorporate relevant materials into enablement initiatives.
Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales enablement or alliance management.
- Strong knowledge management skills, with the ability to create, streamline, and standardize templates and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as a liaison between various teams.
- Proven ability to improve and standardize account tiering and relationship maps.
