Head of Social Media About Re:Car Re:Car, a subsidiary of Re:Build Manufacturing, is a new company that is exploring development in the electric vehicle space. What we are looking for: As our Head of Social Media you will lead our social team and report directly to the Head of Marketing, Brand and Communications. This critical role will drive interest, awareness, engagement and ultimately conversion for our audiences across all owned channels. We are seeking an expert in the space who can bring unexpected, interesting concepts, franchises, and ideas to the table and execute with the broader marketing organization. - Work cross functionally to develop the social media calendar and manage production with partners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our overall brand and marketing objectives.
- Lead the creation of engaging and compelling social media content, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets.
- Build and manage actionable reporting regularly. Tie reporting to business goals.
- Oversee social, community and influencer for the brand, as well as a team that manages each.
- Manage and grow the brand's social media communities, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Implement community management best practices and guidelines.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers on sponsored content, partnerships, and campaigns.
