Responsibilities: --- Certify newly installed components properly function --- Complete preventative maintenance for customers --- Diagnose and repair problems, including component installation and replacement --- Replace defective piping --- Repair leaks inside the boiler room --- Pipe welding is a plus --- General plumbing skills --- Boiler chamber repair --- Knows their way around tools Qualifications: --- Physically able to lift 50lbs, work in tight spaces, crawl, and great physical dexterity --- Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent --- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem-solver --- Certification from a plumbing program at a technical or trade school --- Current driver's license and clean driving record --- 1 year minimum experience --- Capable of working alone --- A team player Compensation: $55,000 yearly
