Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team at their corporate headquarters, near Orangeburg, NY. This is an exempt, onsite position with an anticipated annual salary range of $100,000 - $120,000. Key Responsibilities: --- - - -Perform routine functions of the HR department including hiring, pay, benefits, and leave administration. --- - - -Partner with leadership to execute the organization's human resources and talent strategy. --- - - -Manage talent acquisition process, particularly for technical, managerial, exempt, and professional roles. --- - - -Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; propose competitive pay programs. --- - - -Create learning and development programs for internal employee development. --- - - -Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. --- - - -Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Required Skills/Abilities: --- - - -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. --- - - -Mastery of the English language; bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred. --- - - -Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. --- - - -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. --- - - -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. --- - - -Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. --- - - -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. --- - - -Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, HRIS and talent management systems. Education and Experience: --- - - -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience required. --- - - -Three to five years of human resources management experience preferred. - --- - - -Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification, such as PHR, SPHR, CP, CCP, SCP, or similar, highly preferred.
