International Sales Coordinator



Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an International Sales Coordinator position in Bohemia. This is a temporary to hire opportunity. As an International Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for the administration/coordination of the export division sales order processes. You will maintain all data and information flow to support this process while ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and import/export regulations and controls. Responsibilities for this International Sales Coordinator job include:



• Report and work directly with Sales manager, VP and President

• Review, revise, process and invoice customer purchase order and corresponding documentation

• Review and follow-up on domestic/international purchase orders

• Create and maintain customer records

• Receive all stock into computer system and assist with inventory control

• Prepare Spanish documentation for customers and forwarders

• Follow through on import shipments from PO to receiving to payment

• Coordinate and provide administrative support to sales team and officers



Qualifications:



• Associate Degree or higher

• Minimum 2 years Business and Management experience

• MUST be Bi-lingual in Spanish – speak, read and write

• Proficient in business software applications including order entry, inventory and purchasing systems

• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word



Pay for this position is $15.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a temporary to hire opportunity.
