Requirements: HS Diploma or GED and a sincere interest in caring for others and contributing to a great team. Criminal History Record Check is required.
During Training - $16.33 wage per hour during training
- 3 weeks of Classroom Training & 1 week of Clinical training. No Fee!
- Classroom Training Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm. Monday - Friday.
- Clinical Training Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus After Training
- NYS CNA examination on-site. No Fee!
- After passing NYS CNA exam, begin CNA role based on available shifts
- $17.61 per hour. Shift differentials based on shift.
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Increase to $18.18 per hour after 90 days. As a key member of our CNA Team you'll:
- Provide complete daily care for residents including in depth personal health, nutrition, range of motion, ambulation and hygiene care.
- Work cooperatively in a team environment for the benefit of our residents.
- Maintain excellent performance, attendance and team spirit for the benefit of our residents. Required
