Pay: $1,639 to $1,675 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: 3/31/2026 About the Position Job Title: Travel RN – Psych Location: Santa Fe, NM Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Start Date: ASAP Position Summary The Registered Nurse is a clinical practitioner responsible for coordinating and implementing patient care appropriate to the age and needs of the patient population on the assigned unit. The RN ensures care is delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the unit’s standards, mission, and philosophy. The nurse demonstrates strong clinical practice, effective communication, and professional collaboration with physicians, staff, patients, and families. Minimum Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program Licenses & Certifications (Required) Current New Mexico RN License or Compact State RN License BLS Certification – American Heart Association (AHA) CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or equivalent certification Skills Current knowledge and clinical skills appropriate to the patient population served Strong understanding of patient rights and patient-centered care Clear and concise communication skills appropriate to the developmental age of the patient Supervision Reports to: Patient Care Director or Nurse Manager Work Environment Exposure to infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and x-rays depending on assigned patient care area.
