As a Nurse Manager, you will ensure that patient care is delivered effectively, efficiently, and according to the most up-to-date clinical guidelines. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our high care standards and in developing the nursing staff under your supervision. You will formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources, aligning with the needs of the facility. Developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing policies and procedures. Supervising and reviewing nursing staff performance. Managing staff scheduling to ensure full coverage and optimal resource utilization. Overseeing patient care planning and implementation according to compliance and standards. Liaising with interdisciplinary medical teams, administrative staff, and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans. Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and organizing training programs for professional development. Ensuring that staff compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Managing departmental budgets and monitoring expenses.
