This position involves providing critical care to patients suffering from orthopedic injuries and postoperative orthopedic surgical care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll be responsible for managing patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring the highest quality of care and patient safety. Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in a surgical orthopedic setting. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Support patient safety initiatives and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures. Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications and assist in surgery as necessary. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding recovery processes.
