Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Gallup, NM
Duration: 6 - 1 year
Start Date: May 2025
Shift Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 hours/ day

Qualification:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy ( B Pharm) or relevant
License: a current valid, unrestricted pharmacy license in a state of USA
Certifications: BLS, ACLS&PALS - Preffered
Experience: a minimum of twelve (12) months Pharmacist experience within the last thirty-six (36) months

Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense, compound, and prepare medications, including IVs.


Provide patient counseling on proper medication use and adherence.


Review prescriptions to ensure safety, effectiveness, and compliance.


Inspect medication storage areas and maintain emergency drug supplies.


Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient therapy.


Maintain accurate records of controlled substances and pharmacy operations.
