DescriptionSummary:Organizes and coordinates such activities as sports, dramatics, nature study, social activities, and arts and crafts to effect improvement in the physical, mental, and social well-being of patients. Prepares reports on patient's progress, and with the consensus of the treatment team, modifies programs in accordance with patient's needs and capacities. Bachelor's Degree required. Therapeutic Recreation Specialist license required. FLSA Status: Non-exempt.Responsibilities:Responsible for implementing Recreational Therapy in an interdisciplinary treatment team setting.
