Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.Duties:- Perform physical examinations and health assessments- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques during procedures- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records- Utilize knowledge of physiology to assess patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions- Perform sutures, wound care, and other minor procedures as needed- Adhere to coding guidelines for accurate billing and reimbursement- Provide nursing care in various settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, or home health environmentsQualifications:- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Mexico- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desired- Strong knowledge of family planning, infection control, and nursing home regulations- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsWe offer competitive pay rates based on experience. and an excellent benefit package available after 60 days.If you are a dedicated Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients, please apply with your resume.
