Maintains a focus on care and service to patients and families. - Evaluates, coaches and counsels the team members assigned. Minimum Qualifications : Required Graduate of a School of Nursing Program Associate's Degree and/or Master's degree is Preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are required. Experience in an acute care facility preferred Current license as a RN in New Mexico or compact license state.
