  75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS

Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
  CERTS: BLS and ARRT required. PALS and ACLS preferred. BLS, (ACLS, and PALS if obtained) must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
  EMR: EPIC EMR experience preferred.
  ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
  SCRUBS: Required and are not provided by the facility
