Minimum Education: - - - - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. -Minimum Experience: - - - -None required.Certification/Licensure: - Documentation of previous Nursing Assistant Certification or completion of Medical/Surgical semester from an accredited nursing program with a B average or better or licensed as an Emergency Medical Technician, or documentation of a current State issued Emergency Medical Tech License or documentation of having worked as a Military Medic/Healthcare Specialist (DD214) or similar military issued document needed to validate training -or documentation of having successfully compete a Patient Care Tech Program and hold a current Patient Care Technician National Certification (NHA, NCCT or NHCWA).For new hires, Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required within 90 days of employment.
