This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our risk management protocols pertaining to digital assets, including cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies. As a manager, you will guide a team dedicated to the mitigation of emerging risks associated with digital transactions and asset management, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and safeguarding our client's investments. Develop and implement risk assessment models specific to digital assets. Lead a team in monitoring and analyzing potential risks associated with digital asset transactions and storage. Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to establish robust security practices. Ensure compliance with both domestic and international financial regulatory standards. Provide leadership in the development of risk mitigation strategies. Report regularly to senior management on risk metrics and potential impact assessments.
