Posting Summary Applications are invited for the Post-Doctoral Associate position at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rutgers University. The duties include synthesizing oxide semiconductor thin film materials in various environmental conditions; performing structural and electrical characterization; and preparing archival journal manuscripts based on the results. Familiarity with maintaining and operating thin film vacuum deposition systems and electrical characterization of devices and their modeling is preferable. Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree with a background in condensed matter sciences and relevant science/engineering disciplines.
