Assist physical therapists in developing treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders. Implement selected components of patient care, intervene as appropriate and document patient progress. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and maintenance exercises. Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely and effectively.
