Shift: Shift: PM / Night Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Schedule: 3×12s (36 hours/week) Float: As needed On‑Call: Yes Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments . Provide ICU/Stepdown‑level clinical care safely and competently. Use and manage emergency equipment and follow emergency procedures. Maintain accurate documentation in patient charts. Support patient education (pre‑op and post‑op). Ensure patient safety using National Patient Safety Goals & Universal Protocol.
