Bergen County Law Firm is looking for experienced Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorneys.



Are you looking for courtroom action? We are a practice of 28 civil trial attorneys seeking to hire several attorneys from entry-level to 10+ years of experience to work with our 12 Certified Civil Trial Attorneys in preparing and trying personal injury trials.

--- Strong desire to work with the latest cutting-edge technologies
--- Second language skills are a plus
--- Plaintiff or Defense experience
--- Proven track record
--- Experience with injury cases
--- Federal Court experience a plus
--- Winning record

Qualifications:
Experienced Attorney with 3-5 years Personal Injury Experience
--- Admission to NJ Bar (NY not necessary but a plus)
--- Plaintiff or defense experience
--- Ability to handle and manage a personal injury case list at all stages
--- Solid legal knowledge of NJ MVA and premises jurisprudence
--- Understanding of legal medicine
--- Deposition, Arbitration, and dispositive motion experience
--- Experience prepping cases for trial


Experienced Trial Attorney with 10-plus years of Personal Injury Experience
--- New Jersey Admission (NY a plus)
--- Civil Trial Certification or eligibility
--- Medical Malpractice Experience and/ Product Liability
--- Proven Track Record
--- Experienced with managing catastrophic and serious injury cases
--- Federal Court Experience a plus
--- Good writing skills
--- Winning record
--- Solid work ethic
